Dun City Smoken Jack

Jackson is a 2003 Grullo Stallion by Tacoma Smoke. and out of Tim’s favorite mare, Peppy.  He is tall and elegant, should mature to 15.3 hands. Qualifies for NFQHA, ABRA, IBHA and has the look to make everyone who sees him say “Wow!”  Jackson is  over 15 hands and he is just over 2 years old.  Qualifies for NFQHA, FQHR, FQHA, ABRA, IBHA  He has size, style and light grullo color with beautiful black dun factor, leg barring, ear tips, shoulder stripe, dorsal stripe.  Jackson has the most wonderful, kind, laid back personality.  He is smart and willing  –  Jackson was born to be a stallion – He started training October 2005.  He is doing fantastic, he is an easy boy to get along with and is taking to training well.  Jackson has been saddled and ridden.  On his seventh ride he took to the wide open rugged country of Eastern Oregon and shows great promise at covering the rough country and gathering cows.  He is now picking up both leads easily, side passing, starting to open gats and handle a rope.  He is proving to be bold and willing with exceptional smooth gaits.  Keep checking -we’ll continue to update as Jackson – our “Wow” colt continues to impress us.  We recently brought Jackson home from the trainer and will open his book to a few select mares for 2006.
